PostSmile is a program compatible with most of the popular email services; this amazing application allows you to insert animated emoticons into your emails. It provides you with a huge collection of static or animated GIF files, photos and pictures, text snippets and HTML code, famous quotes and personal handwritten signatures that can be inserted into your e-mail letters, blog comments, as well as web-forum and message board postings.
You can use these animated smileys with all e-mail clients and mail systems supporting HTML messages. With a simple user interface, you can insert a smiley by simply dragging and dropping it to the desired destination. The program includes different sets of emoticons like: happy, sad, love, communication and so on. The program also provides options to create your own collection of images or icons, add photos and pictures, organize groups and collections according to your tastes, create your own signatures, create your own text or HTML signatures and snippets and collect your own famous quotes. This easy-to-use and easy-to-setup program makes your e-mails, blog comments and message board postings to stand out from the crowd.

Not bad, more or less. Certainly it's not as good as Folder Marker as far as I am concerned, but it stands for a bit other purposes, so I'd recommend it.
